The DOD provides amputation and limb trauma services of all types across our health care facilities. If you're a patient, provider, or someone else who's interested in referring a patient or asking questions about our amputation and prosthetic services or limb trauma in general, this webpage is your resource.

If you're a provider, you'll be able set up a Virtual AMP Prosth Board to discuss a case. You'll also be able to establish regular Virtual AMP Prosth Boards between your institution and the DOD providers in our limb trauma community.

For patient referrals, we'll be a clearinghouse to “match” your request and needs with your closest DOD medical facility that offers the capabilities you need.

Check back for regular updates and links on this page. To set up an AMP Prosth Case Conference, make a patient referral, or make any inquiry, please reach out to us at dha.ncr.Medical-Affairs.mbx.amputation-prosth-coe@health.mil.
