This is a list of Phase 2 rates adjusted by locality for childbirth support services performed by TRICARE-authorized participating certified labor doulas under the Childbirth and Breastfeeding Support Demonstration.

For more information on how the Phase 2 rates are created, see the Federal Register notice that published April 11, 2024 (89 Federal Register 25617). These rates are effective June 10, 2024, and will be updated annually on March 1.
